Prior to that he was the Head of Risk at a regional FMCG group and led operations in risk assessments, audits, business risk mitigation across Asia.<\/p>\n<p>He also led the fraud unit at a regional telco operator and was an Employment Inspector with Ministry of Manpower. Richard is a SPF licensed investigator since 2009, Certified Investigator of Council of International Investigators, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
